Do you offer services beyond what is listed on your website?
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have a project you are looking for assistance with. A custom proposal will be created based on the scale of each project. Previous projects have also included setting up client management systems, create web based print and product shops, YouTube channel set up and email marketing.
Is there a minimum commitment required for monthly support packages?
All my contracts are structured with a thirty-day notice requirement should the client wish to discontinue services; however, the purpose of the monthly support is for those that are looking to bring on a team member to their business helping behind the scenes, with the intention of a long-term commitment. It can take the first couple of months to really learn the systems and processes of a business and to get into a good rhythm within the business.
Payment Processing?
All proposals and invoices are sent through Dubsado Client Management system, and payments can be made via Credit Card or through E-transfer.
What can expect in the first month of working with you?
The first month involves getting to know how you like things done within your business. It will be a lot of organizing and setting up our project management tools such as Trello to keep things organized and on task. It is recommended that you account for training time just as you would if you were bringing in an employee or intern into your studio locally. It is best not to make the decision to bring on a VA when you are knee deep in wedding season or you have gotten to the point of burn out, you want to make sure you have the additional time in your schedule the first time to account for that training.
